  • Delivery Scope: Currently, we only support delivery within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping is available for orders of A$100 or more (including A$100 . Orders below A$100 will incur a shipping fee of A$5.99.
  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 6-9 business days from shipment, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Methods: Our main logistics partners include UPS, Australia Post, and DHL Express.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled directly within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders that are older than 48 hours or have been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, the user will need to wait for delivery and contact us for returns and refunds.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (such as Visa, MasterCard).
