Ranolirva website (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). You may request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your item. After this period, we will be unable to process return or exchange requests.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

You can apply for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item has visible appearance issues.
  • Item has quality issues.
  • Item has odors, significant color discrepancies, etc.
  • The received item is not as described (incorrect item).
  • No-reason return or exchange (according to our no-reason return policy, you can return the item but will bear related shipping costs).

3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or phone to request a return, providing your order number, payment proof, return/exchange reason, and related videos or photos.
  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
  • Package the item carefully, including all accessories, materials, and the return label inside the original packaging, then send it to the provided return address.
  • Return the item to the address we provide and wait for us to receive it.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a refund. For more details, please refer to the refund policy.

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via email or phone to request an exchange, providing your order number, payment proof, return/exchange reason, and related videos or photos.
  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
  • Package the item carefully, including all accessories, materials, and the return label, then send it back in the original packaging to the specified address, and wait for confirmation of receipt.
  • Return the item to the address we provide and wait for us to receive it.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a new item to be shipped to your address within 1-3 business days. For more details on shipping times, please refer to the shipping policy.

5. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the card account (such as JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.) used for payment.

Expected Refund Time: Depending on the bank's processing speed, refunds are expected to be credited to your account within 7-10 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

6. Fees Policy

  • If the item has appearance issues, quality issues, odors, significant color discrepancies, or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return or exchange is due to no-reason returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
