1. Delivery Area

Ranolirva website (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We currently offer shipping within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not support delivery to other countries or regions at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: For orders totaling A$100 or more (including A$100 ), we offer free shipping.
  • Shipping Fee: Orders under A$100 will incur a standard shipping fee of A$5.99.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time).

  • Orders placed by 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays or non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This includes time for packaging, preparing, and handing over to the courier for shipping.

5. Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time is 6-9 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Actual shipping times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
