If your order has not been shipped within 48 hours of placing it, you can directly cancel the order.

If the order has been placed for more than 48 hours or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery and contact us for a return and refund. For more information, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Refund Time: Refunds are typically credited to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of the respective bank. If the refund is not received within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
